A similar type of deck could be build using PVC or mineral based PVC products. They combine well with aluminum or PVC railing system. Composite or PVC decking does not rot, crack, and need minimum maintenance. Most of the composite and PVC decking materials comes with at least 25-year warranty with an option to upgrade to 50-year warranty. These are perfect option for families who are busy and do not have time to paint or stain the deck each two year. These low maintenance decks are one time investment but saves tons of time and effort in the long run. Plus, they are known to be increasing the selling value of your property. We offer MoistureShield, Deckorators, and Trex decking products. For the railing we offer Westbury and Deckorators railing products.

Wood Deck Service

Our basic decking system start with pressure treated decking with PVC rail built on concrete pier and pressure treated framing. Our carpenters and project managers bring years of experience to build your decks with the pressure treated wood and cedar. We work with your choice of railings depending on the application. Pressure treated lumber typically comes with 10 years warranty whereas cedar could last 30 years. Regular staining of wood deck is a must, and we offer various staining option including Arborcoat.
